[Known] Can't speak to chancellor notus

    For the path of truth quest line I can not speak with chancellor notus. It just keeps saying " You just tried talking to that NPC".

    i'm having the same problem - cant speak to the Elf Official so can't continue with the quest...

    The work around is to go into the options menu and turn off "Conversations Close-up" and talking to Notus should work for updating the journal at least.

    Yeah I turned off that option and was able to move forward.
