[Known]Can't use side stairs

    Details: Can't go up the side stairs of crafting pavilion.
    Steps to Reproduce: try to walk up stairs. You end up in the air on side of steps. Yes started out trying to walk up center of steps.

    This appears to be related to BUG: 46116.
    Trees removed removes the visual, but collision still present.
