[Known] Carved Decorative Fountain is not a fountain

    A fountain, by definition, has one or more jets of water that are being pumped above the surface. The Carved Decorative Fountain in it's present state is a water vessel or trough; it contains water but has no fountain feature to it. Either a bug ( and I had hoped for a fountain) or the item should be considered for a name change.
