[Known]Cat in Spite opened my Bank for me

    Title:Cat in Spite opened my Bank for me
    Reproduction Rate:Four times from various angles
    Blocker?no
    Details:In the bank at Spite, I clicked on the Cat, as I like to know their names. It did show conversation from the Cat, but it also opened my Bank vault with that one click. No Bank teller conversation window opened.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) 9750 Quad-Core Processor (4) System RAM: 6144
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 GPU RAM: 979
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.427.Date.12.09.16
    Area: Novia_R5_City_Spite
    Area Display Name: Spite
    Loc: (87.9, 39.0, 33.5)
