[Known]Celestial Blessing - 3000% Resistance? Also, Resistance not getting applied?

Title: Celestial Blessing - 3000% Resistance? Also, Resistance not getting applied?

Details:

1. it seems like info pop-up skill is showing 100 times the actual resistance (see pic below).
2. It appears that the Lunar and Life resistance is not getting applied at all (red test below) whereas the death resistance is applied (green text below).
3. Why is air resistance lower by a factor of 100 (blue text below) compared to fire and death resistance? This seems incorrect. I have Well Grounded (air resistance innate skill) at level 48 and Fire Proof (fire resistance innate skill) at level 79.
