[Known] Celestial Doughnut and Whirlpool LoD popping

    Title: Celestial Doughnut and Whirlpool in the sky is popping
    Reproduction Rate: Unknown
    Blocker? No
    Details: The Celestial Doughnut in the sky pops in and out of view when facing directly towards it. Same thing happens with the Whirlpool in the sky.
    Steps to Reproduce: Look at sky at night while doughnut and/or whirlpool are visible. Face directly towards them and see them pop in and out of LoD.
