[Known] Celestis - All NPCs missing

    If you follow the POI to the Town Crier in Celestis, he's nowhere to be found. There also appear to be no other NPCs either (guards, banker, etc).

    Pretty much anything with Celestis is a 'known issue' at this point. We're still in the development stage here I'm afraid. But we do definitely want this combed over before it goes live :)

    Update: Celestis is all game now except for NPCs, work is still being done there. But anything worldbuilding related - visual issues and things like stuck spots we definitely want to know about.
