[Known] Celestis Town crier still intermittantly fails to give the mail package.

    Title: Celestis Town crier still intermittantly fails to give the mail package.
    Reproduction Rate: Intermittant
    Blocker? No, but damn annoying as it happens more than once a month.
    Details: see the title.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get the deliver mail quest from the Celestis Town Crier enough times and eventually it fails.

    OS: Linux 4.4 LinuxMint 18 64bit

    This is now a known issue. Looking into solutions for all mail quests.

    Increasing ability to report "lost mail" to once a week would be a good start ;-)
