Title: Central Brittany - warning spam loop
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?No
Details: When entering Central Brittany my log file is being spammed with:

    Code:
Internal: JobTempAlloc has allocations that are more than 4 frames old - this is not allowed and likely a leak

    (Filename: Line: 372)

To Debug, enable the define: TLA_DEBUG_STACK_LEAK in ThreadsafeLinearAllocator.cpp. This will output the callstacks of the leaked allocations

GetPixels32 failed: insufficent pixel buffer size (1), must be at least 4 x 4
    And when standing still:
    Code:
Particle System is trying to spawn on a mesh with zero surface area
    (Filename: Line: 1528)

This is also increasing my RAM usage and VIRTUAL memory allocations.
