[Known]Chaos bolt Lightning attack doesn't include the stun part of the skill.

    Chaos bolt Lightning attack doesn't include the stun part of the skill. Seems like the lightning attack from chaos bolt doesn't share the stun. Sometimes you do no dmg and do just the stun from chaos bolt. It should be tied to the lightning attack. Just like how the Fire attack from chaos bolt also applies the dot.
