[Known] Chaotic Step bugged?

    So I am at level 46 chaotic step and the chance to consume reagents is at -160% and yet it consumes Obsidian chunks. Are the tool-tips inaccurate or is it working right?

    A fix for this is coming up in a future patch. The reagent chance modifier was indeed incorrect.
