[Known] Charge skill does 1 damage

    Title: Charge skill does 1 damage
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The charge skill literally always does 1 point of damage. I'm not sure this is a bug but it seems pretty weird. I'm not sure what the point of it doing 1 damage would be...? It never goes up as you train the skill... It doesn't increase with str... It just does...1... point.. of... damage... ?
