[Known] Charge skill doesn't stun (just a knockdown chance)

    Title: Charge skill doesn't stun (just a knockdown chance)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The charge skill description says "Attack with knockdown and a stun chance" My charge skill tooltip also says it has a 65% chance to stun for 3s. (skill lvl 80) In actuality it has 0% chance to stun and has chance to knockdown. The description sounds like it will always knockdown and might stun. In use it actually never stuns and might knockdown.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 8116
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4043
