[Known] Chat, friendlist and guildlist are blocked

ingame character name: Bibon
Hello. Dont understand what is happened. All players from friend/guild list are offline(but in discord they are playing game). Chat is disabled for me(cant see other players replies). When i try to whisper or write something in general chat, i see "Blocked by administrative action". If its not a bug, but some kind of ban, let me know. i still can login and play in multiplayer mode with my character, but dont recieved any mail or ingame notifications(also there is nothing about ban in a chatlog from datafolder). p.s: sorry for my bad english.
