[ Known]Chat window font changes size after switching between tabs

    Title: Chat window font changes size after switching between tabs
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? N
    Details: Upon changing scene the text in the selected chat tab is larger (see first screenshot) than the text in the second tab (see second screenshot), however when I then switch back to the first tab the font size had been reduced to 'normal'. The gear icon reports font size 14 for both tabs throughout.
    Steps to Reproduce: Change scene, observe chat tabs
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Fedora 24 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32099
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 6144
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.487.Date.04.21.17
    Area: Novia
