[Known] Chat window keeps shrinking on relaunch

    Title: Chat window keeps shrinking on relaunch
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (seen it over the last year at least)
    Blocker? nope
    Details: when closing and relaunching the game over time, the chat window slowly shrinks in size. it might even be a few pixels at a time. but, after a while it becomes noticeable and i then resize it back to the normal size i want. not sure, but it may require logging in on different account as well.
    Steps to Reproduce: login. logout. repeat until you notice chat box getting smaller.

    GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 460 GPU RAM: 4096
