Details: The clan of the bear chest armor (and perhaps other pieces and other types) - when animating during an emote, has the bones bend and stretch, almost as if they were rubber.
Steps to Reproduce: equip the clan of the bear chest armor, and use an emote - such as /taichi - watch the bones on the armor bend and stretch like rubber

 

This looks to be fixed in the current build (I used same emote) on a male avatar.
