[Known]client crash on loading into POT Iron Gate at 94%

    Title: client crash on loading into Iron gate at 94%

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? partal

    Details: Every time I try and enter Iron gate the client crashes with no information.

    Steps to Reproduce: Log in and try to enter POT Iron Gate

    User Specs: Both my PC desktop and my MAC laptop

    amd radeon r9 295 x2
    windows 10 Enterprise
    intel i7-5820k 3.30GHz
    32 GB ram
    64 bit
    monitor BenQ xl2420-b

    Mac
    operating: OS X El Capitan Ver 10.11.6
    MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
    Processor: 2,6 GHz Intel Core i7
    mem: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
    Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB

    How are you trying to enter the scene? From the overworld map? Testing qwith your character directly, we did not identify any issues moving from Jade Valley to Iron Gate on either PC or Mac clients. It's odd that this issue is visible between these two machines. : /

    Please let us know if this is still reproducible as of the latest patch 581. Thank you.

    I was entering from the world map. I have not tried going from another town to Iron Gate.

    Same here with 582. Originally tried to enter town from the siege. After the siege lifted, same crash when entering from Novia. Tried from Jade Valley. Same result.

    IIRC, this happened Iron Gate a few months ago.

    Details:
    Crash to desktop when trying to enter POT Iron Gate from Novia. In two of the crashes to desktop, the loading screen was at 87% and at 93%.
