[Known] Cloak light source no longer lights up

    1. Title: Cloak light source no longer lights up
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: No
    4. Details: Since patch 614 the light source on the Duke's cloak doesn't stay on and only flickers when you first equip it, uncertain if other light source cloaks are affected.



    5. Steps to Reproduce: Equip a Duke's cloak.
    6. User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4) System RAM: 8092
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6570 GPU RAM: 2032

    i tried the lord marshall helm, i saw it flash for a second before it dimmed to nothing. it's not gone completely missing.
