I have the same problem with the "Common Chair", "Norgard High Back Chair" and "Padded Chair", as well as the "Heavy Rustic Chair".

Its appears I am not the only one. Removed a crafted chair from my house. few days later decided to try an place and it wouldn't in basement or lot. also traded to a friend and it wouldn't place on her lot either.
