[Known]Creating Another Character Lock Up

    Title: Creating Another Character
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: When creating a new character under the "Select Avatar" option. If you give new character a name and click the "Proceed" button, you get the error message that you must choose a gender. Choose gender and click Proceed again. Nothing happens and you can not cancel or escape out. Tested on two computers and accounts. Other Computer I-5 with GTX 770
