[Known]Cursor changes to resize

    Title: Cursor changes to resize.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: My cursor will change to a resize cursor and stay that way anytime it passes over the border of a resizable window. In order to get back the regular arrow cursor, I have to click the right mouse button (for mouselook).
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.472.Date.03.21.17
