[Known]Desync issues in multiplayer

    Title: Desync issues in multiplayer
    Reproduction Rate: ?
    Blocker? YES
    Details:
    When another user is master in the zone my attacks and heals are loaded after the damage I receive when a desync event happens.

    Basically, there is rubber banding happening. I try to hit, nothing happens. Then all of a sudden I am dead.

    How reliably are you able to reproduce this? We haven't seen this problem internally, and would like to look into a reproduction case if possible.

    @Kigu Starfish (Kor) After investigating I suspect this might be an isolated issue. It is possible someone in the group was having internet issues at the time. We'll keep all options open of course. Cabalists were killed in this same type of siege last night without de-syncs happening with other groups, so definitely let us know if you continue to see this. I'm sorry this happened. It is clear something is wrong here.

    This only seems to happen when I am not master, entering into scenes where other people are alone.

    If you were to join a scene with me, you'd say the reproduction would be pretty immediate?

    I think it requires the master to have a bad connection. I have only seen it a few times, not 100% reproducible. I think since we are both on a fiber connection, it wouldn't work between the two of us.

    I seen it happen 70% of time with many people hosting istances, or with the last release even in multi, seem to be related also to other packet loss or zones/localizations connections i think.

    Easily reproducible example of this problem:

    * Join zone where someone already is (they are master).
    * Have that person leave zone when you are fighting at least 3 mobs
    * Notice that there is a significant amount of lag and desync when the trade off of master happens.
