[Known] Devotional buffs not working

    Title:Devotional buffs not working
    Reproduction Rate: 100% so far...
    Blocker? blocks the devotional buff
    Details: see below
    Steps to Reproduce: after r47 reloaded, notice that the devotional buffs arent working
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12212
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 GPU RAM: 2018
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.677.Date.10.25.17
    Area: BlackbladePass_NorthEntrance
    Area Display Name: Northwest Blackblade Mountains
    Loc: (-216.3, 64.7, -6.9)

    Had over 5 hours left on devotional buffs when the server kicked me. Now, the buffs are not showing. 3 friends have confirmed this. Another friend went back to the devotional and it showed that he had 7 hours left when he was standing in the water. Then, when he left town, the devotional buff icon disappeared.

    I came here to say exactly this. Once you leave the zone you get the buffs in, shrine buffs vanish :(

    The buffs work for me they just get removed when you change zones... which isint good

    Stickied for visibility: this is a known issue. A fix is already in the works (buffs vanishing upon scene change)
