    Title: Devotional of Courage in Resolute has no tooltip

    Details: If I mouse over the devotional no tooltip appears, however there is a tooltip on the POI on the compass
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.9 Fedora 24 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32100
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 6144
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.474.Date.03.22.17
    Area: Novia_R6_City_Resolute
    Area Display Name: Resolute
    Loc: (-48.4, 77.6, -260.3)
