[Known] Disappearing Houses

Kingswood has no houses at all, including mine, and my lot is showing as unclaimed.

 

We are looking into this as a high priority matter.

What kind of deed did you have? Founder deed?

 

Actually, scratch that last question. This seems to be deco scene load related. We're still on it.

This patch has been released and this problem should be fixed.

 

My tenants stuff did not go to their bank or their mail when I had to pick up my lot.

Could you ask them to submit a ticket to support@portalarium.com so we can review further through customer support (they handle account based issues).
That sounds like a separate issue we would need to get more details on. Thanks!
