Details:
When viewing the tool tip in the skill tree for Douse there is a Range Variable of 10 for this spell, but the spell can not be caste on anyone but yourself. I am assuming this is a bug in one of two ways. 1. It either should not have a range variable since it is target self only or I hope 2. it should be a spell you can cast on others but is not working.
Steps to Reproduce:
hover over douse in skill tree to see range variable... attempt to cast on party member

Could you clarify if douse should be able to be caste on others?
