    Title: 'Downtown Barry' banker in OH gives uptown bark

    Details: Barry the banker in lower town Owl's Head barks the same "This building is popular..." sentence as uptown Barry, but there aren't a bunch of NPCs here.
    Steps to Reproduce:Talk to downtown Barry.
