    Title: Duplicate Basements Sold on Homes Merchant

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: The Row Stone and Timber 1-Story Basement and the Village Stone 1-Story Basement have duplicate entries.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Area: Blood Bay (Novia_R3_Island01_01) Loc: (575.6, 88.7, -59.5) DBG: Tm92aWFfUjNfSXNsYW5kMDFfMDF8fCg1NzUuNjE3LCA4OC42NjUsIC01OS40NjkpfCgwLCAwLjkxNywgMCwgMC4zOTgpfDQ2Ny42NzU4fDE3LjQzNjgxfDIuNzAzNDEz

    2. Talk with the Housing Deeds Merchant.

    3. Select “buy” as a talking option (optional, if straight to buying screen option is turned on)

    4. Observe: Both the Row Stone and Timber 1-Story Basement and the Village Stone 1-Story Basement have duplicate entries.

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 524.
