[Known] Durability on Tool Doesn't Change

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: when crafting my tool durability doesn't change on the main window. Eventually the tool will break but it still reads as 100
    Steps to Reproduce: rebooted, tried a different bench

    This was caught on QA, however, the fix didn't get checked in until yesterday...it was too late to make it into the release itself. But good news is this should be fixed in the first patch that follows :)
