    When applying dyes to the Viking Guard Cloak, no visible change occurs. See screen shot in spoiler

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Apply dye to Viking Guard cloak
    User Specs:
    Win 8.1
    i7-4820k
    32 gb RAM (4 x8GB)
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 770
    21.21.13.7892 (3/16/2017)

    FYI, this is labeled as dye enabled in the store as well. Part of the reason I grabbed it. :)
