[Known] East Longfall Wetlands - 1 quest and the puzzle

Details:
I got the Quest "Find the Key in East Longfall Wetlands" to find the Elve Premilaus with the key of the bank guard -but after looking for 3hours around in the scene no elve to find

I also started the puzzle in there, got all three key-stones (but the sarcophag already was open but the corpse and the chest in there are empty (waited 30mins there to check)

Steps to Reproduce:
- had gotten the quest from the bank guard in Aerie to find his lost key a long time ago...
- today searched it and found the lost key and took several (waiting for the respawns)
- got one to the guard who gave it back and says find james cook
- I found james and i gave one of the keys to James Cook who awarded me for honesty and sent me to the elve premislaus in East longfall woods for the guards key
- then i went to his room and opened his chest with the other key (nothing in there but a note, which i took)
- then i went to the East longfallwoods found the puzzle in there
- found the two-handed sword key stone first
- then killed the vengeful bogman (i think 5 of them)
- the sarcophag was already open i checked the corpse and the chest but empty (clicking on the lid of the sarcophag still states "sealed sarcophag"
- got to find the other 2 key stones came back - nothing happens the chest and the corpse still are empty...

He should be hanging around the northern cabin, but he is not there.

The bank key is under the rug, the upper right corner can be moved to find it.

If the elf was there, he would tell you to look under the rug for the key.

 

The key stone swords are bugged as well. I was able to "Take" them in Friends and Multiplayer modes multiple times. I have 4 of each.

 

I was there again and the elf is still not there but

Edit: aha i had to scan the full rugs surface to see the interactable "lumpy rug"

another Bug: all the items in th ehut there including the "Bank of Aerie Plans" are marked as "private property"

Can reconfirm that Premilaus is still nowhere to be found in this zone. Was able to finally complete the quests without ever meeting him. It's confusing because the quest dialogues give the impression that he needs to be found in order to complete the quest.
