5. Steps to Reproduce:
   1. Head to the Elven Food Supply area.
   2. Find an NPC called Elf.
   3. Have a conversation.
   4. It's the same response as Vincius, the female, that is near the crafting trainer elsewhere in the camp.
   5. Ask him his name.
   6. He's Vinicius (just like the elf at Area: Blood River Outskirts (Novia_R7_Forest02_01) Loc: (345.9, 81.7, 213.1) )
