[Known] embry harp not working properly

    Title: embry harp not working properly
    Reproduction Rate: sporadic
    Blocker? no
    Details:
    Embry harp has a chaotic way of working, sometimes it does not activate the buff at all, sometimes you are already stealthed, and teh buff activates, then it works without failing, not being stealthed. Then you zone out , play the harp, does not buff, go stealthed, play the harp, does not buff...Ok tried something else, went back to my basement play the harp, does not work, hit my dummy, works again...I thought i had found the buff then zoned out went into a siege, activate the harp, does not work, hit a mob, does not work after that...Cannot reproduce it. The in upper tear , works liek a charm, no stealthing before no hitting mobs...weird
    Steps to Reproduce: cannot really reproduce

    We have a bug open for this: 50252. It's not consistent whatsoever, so chaotic is a good way to describe it.
