    Title: Embry's Harp not giving stealth bonus
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Playing Embry's Harp does not give the stealth bonus and, on top of that, cancels Silent Movement.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use Silent Movement then play the harp.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
