[ Known]Enemies keep tethering in the middle of the fight

    Details: I am busy fighting some stuff, then it suddenly runs off at high speed only to come jogging back a few seconds later. Note that in the screenshot below, taken after the fight, there is a mage and archer on the wall in the middle of the picture. When on the walkway they are close enough for aggro and start attacking, they then run to the end of the wall towards the gate on the right which puts them far enough away to de-aggro, so moving around during the fight (as I was) may also trigger the issue. The elves weren't the only problem however, there was also a zombie which attacked for a bit then ran off.
    Steps to Reproduce: Head to courtyard in buried city, start fighting
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Fedora 24 64bit
