[Known] Enlighten applying wrong bonus

Details: When I cast Enlighten I'm supposed to get +10 to Intelligence but it only gives +9. Let me know if you need additional info.

@margaritte, I have been watching this skill and noticed that sometimes the skill gives me 11 INT, 10INT(currently the correct amount), and 9INT. I haven't noticed anything that might contribute to this happening. It happens in combat as well as out of combat.

There is nothing in the description of the spell to indicate that the degree of effect is contingent upon the sun. I know there are other sun, as well as moon, skills that are enchanced based on the state of the sun/moon. If this is the case with Enlightenment then the spell description should reflect it.
