[Known]Entering Scenes / Overland Map with drop in Health

    Reproduction Rate:

    Details: Travelling from Drachenfels to Brookside with full healt. I entered Brookside and found myself with significant (ca 100hp) less health. The max health bug also applied so I could only get health up to 340/392.
    To test this I left Brookside and found myself on the Overland Map yet again with reduced health.
    I am not certain if this is related to the Buffs/Spells not carrying over to new scenes.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 M295X OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.OSX.64.512.Date.06.22.17
    Area: Novia
    Area Display Name: Novia
    Loc: (423.3, 13.3, 293.0)

    This also happened to me. The only buffs that I had on were the devotional blessings. Even logging out and restarting did not clear it - but then the devotional buff was still active.
