Details: Was popping a bunch of supply bundles in Owl's Head, took a break to report a bug (Wand of Undying Embers wouldn't work off-hand) and when I came back, I got this error trying when trying to open another yellow supply bundle. The supply bundle items remained red in my inventory, and remained red after leaving Owl's Head. After changing areas, the non-red supply bundles worked properly. Logging off fixed the red items.
