[Known]Extremely slow download

    1. Extremely slow download of patches
    2. Reproduction Rate: Multiple restarts
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: Do not have a steam account. Have attempted to have the new patch(es) download. Started about 10 hours ago. I have been attempting to download the new patch since it was released. I ran a speedtest, and my upload/download speeds seem standard
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Start Launcher
    6. User Specs: Win7, 64bit, 16gigs of ram

    I used a torrent downloaded and had mine in no time.. got 8mb/s I am against torrent downloaders as a whole but for the very short durations of downloading only SOTA torrents.. Ive made an exception

    Same here, I dont like using torrent downloads, but for some time now, they are simply 10-20 times faster downloads than via the game. I thought the SOTA downloader was also P2P?
