[Known] Fan Emote STILL Not Teachable

    1. Title: Fan Emote STILL Not Teachable
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes for using fan emote
    4. Details: Fan emote STILL not teachable, despite items that require this emote being sold in addon store that state you can learn the fan emote off players who already know it.
    This needs to be fixed, items are being sold currently under false pretenses.

    Resubmitting this known issue as a gentle reminder. Thanks for reporting. :)

    As a note: this is important because the fans in the add-on store DO NOT come with the /fan emote. It must be taught by someone who received it as a telethon reward. If it is not teachable, people are buying an item that may be useless.
