[Known] Festering poison and regular poison no longer stacks 3 times

    Title: Festering poison and regular poison no longer stacks 3 times
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Applying festering poison is supposed to stack 3 times like all dots in the game but doesnt anymore.
    Same applies to regular poison. All other poisons are still working properly.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. apply festering and attack a mob and mouse over the debuff and notice there is only 1 stack
    2. attempt the same process with regular poison

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (4) System RAM: 8075
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 GPU RAM: 4029

    I don't know about festering poison, but if regular poison stacked 3 times it would be better than deadly poison, stinging poison, etc.

    I assumed regular poison didn't stack because that would make it better than the more "powerful" poisons that do less damage per tick but stack 3 times.
