    Reproduction Rate: allways
    Blocker? no
    Details: the dot from fire Arrow can only be applied 2 times while the other dots (like rend or smoldering shiv...) can be applied 3 times.
    Steps to Reproduce: cast fire Arrow multiple times on a mob and you will see tha the dot is only applied 2 times (instead of 3)
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 8133
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
