[Known] Fire Ele with GM specialization not increasing in power

Fire tree on live and on QA:

On QA
Fire ele has 479 HP (no change)

On live server
Fire ele has 479 HP (no change)



Other than how the text is spaced out in the window, I see no big difference in damage from the elemental. I also see no difference in HP for the elemental. This is Live VS QA with the same exact skill tree, gear, and stats.
