[Known] Fire Elemental Statue - Bugged I think?

So, most of the time the elemental looks like this


Now, not everytime, but sometimes when you move the statue it looks like its on fire

For another member it looked like this though at first, then it looked like my original image the 2nd time after they moved the object, yet when hers looked like the first image here, mine looked like the 2nd image instead. We were both seeing it differently. Could be graphic card, could be settings, I dunno.
