[Known] Fireball Does two explosions and screen shake

    1. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    2. Blocker : no
    3. Details: The fireball spell now shows 2 blasts and the screen shake on the second one just like the description of the mastery version even though I do not have the mastery skill yet.
    4. Steps to Reproduce: just cast fireball and watch
