[Known] Fish Success Chance is Flakey

    Title: Fish Success Chance is Flakey

    Details: Yesterday my % chance in fishing was max in the high nineties today I am lucky to hit 70 I am gm in all fishing skills and 120 lava fishing and lava was worst of all, reaching the mid sixties. I have talked to other people today who said they are not seeing the same issue, so it may be some character issue.

    There is at least one known issue involving fishing chance, in that the devotional that gives fishing bonus is not working correctly.

    It is completely borked today. All the boost from the fishing special skills seems to be lost. Success is down to mid sixty like it had been without learning special-water skills. And all too often/soon at <10%.
