[Known]Fleet flute buff infinite loop

    Title : Fleet flute buff infinite loop
    Reproduction Rate : 100%
    Blocker : Absolutely not
    Details :
    I don't know if it's intended (I hope so :p) but the fleet flute gives a buff to the carrier, even when not playing it. You have to play one time, then the buff will restart again indefinitely until you quit the scene or take the flute into your inventory, even when you don't play the flute anymore. I noticed this on me only, not on my party friends.
    Steps to reproduce : See above.

    Yeah I think it's supposed to stop after you stop playing. Right now it buffs till you zone which is very OP.

    Are you all able to reproduce this issue as of latest? We are having difficulty observing this internally.

    Yes, on WIN.64.566 as of this morning it was still happening. I play a song, and wait for the Buff to Start. Then I hit ESC. The Buff continues to count down and when it reaches 0, it goes away and a new one pops up starting at 20 sec. This repeats until I zone. As shown the buff is still active and I am not playing anymore.
