    Title: Floating Cloak
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Equipping a Shardfall Cloak when wearing a Copper Augmented Plate Chest Quarter-Armor causes it to float around 6 inches above the shoulders
    Steps to Reproduce: Equip the Above 2 item.
    User Specs: User: Noun, a person who uses or operates something, especially a computer or other machine.
    I really don't understand why User is used instead of System.
