[Known]Food buffs, only work while out of combat?

    I am currently using "Bear Steak and Potatoes" which gives 3 health, 2.5 focus and 3 strength every second for 2.5 hours.

    While my weapon is sheathed the increased regen seems to be there.

    While my weapon is out its definitely not. I watched my HP regen and it was like 1 hp every 5 seconds (the normal combat regen)
